To The Patients of Fairfield County Bariatrics & Surgical Specialists,
In the summer of 1994, Dr. Craig Floch started his practice in General Surgery in Norwalk, Connecticut. Dr. Neil Floch joined him in practice in 1998. As Floch Surgical Associates, the practice grew and developed into Fairfield County Bariatrics & Surgical Specialists, P.C.
Dr. Peter lngraldi and Dr. Abraham Fridman joined the practice in later years and we have been serving the communities in which we practice with great success providing bariatric, general and acute/trauma care surgical services. Over the years, our private practice covered a territory including multiple hospitals and outpatient surgical centers, reaching many patients and families.
We write this letter to share the news that our practice will be winding down. The physicians will be working for separate practices moving forward. This is an amicable situation and we are looking forward to continuing to provide excellent care.
We have enjoyed many years of a successful private practice and have been grateful for the opportunity to provide care to you, your families and friends. We count all of you as members of our "FCB family". We look forward to continuing to provide you with a superior level of service and care.
There will be transition and change, but you will still have access to your physicians and the excellent care that has been the pillar of our private practice.
